Chris Harbourt, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer

Chris Harbourt is the Chief Executive Officer for Agrible, where he acts as a scientist with an eye on innovation and sales. He brings a lifetime of agricultural experience to the team and splits his time between corporate functions, marketing, and technical work on Agrible’s range of products. Chris also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Paul Miller, Ph.D.
Chief Science Officer

Paul Miller is the Chief Science Officer of Agrible, where leads product design and development. Paul received his Bachelors and Masters in Ag. Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his PhD in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Purdue University. His Post-Doc appointment was at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Bill Northcott, Ph.D.
Chief Innovation Officer

Bill Northcott is the Chief Innovation Officer at Agrible. He works on developing and researching the science and feasibility of new products. Bill is a sixth generation farmer and currently manages a 500 acre corn/soybean operation in East Central Illinois. Bill is an internationally renowned expert in agricultural hydrology and crop water use.

Vandana Patel
Chief Operating Officer

Vandana Patel is the Chief Operating Officer of Agrible. She is responsible for running the day-to-day business operations to allow Chris Harbourt to focus externally and strategically. Vandana has a Masters in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering and brings 20 years of Software Engineering and Management experience to the team and with her positive attitude and hardworking ethics, she is helping the company to exceed its goals.

Tim Kuehlhorn
Chief Technology Officer

Tim Kuehlhorn is the Chief Technology Officer at Agrible and is responsible for the development of the processing infrastructure and creating the best possible platform for customers to explore data about their fields. Previously, Tim has led international development teams, coordinating the development of high quality enterprise mobile applications for billion-dollar companies.

Luke Zwilling
Senior Engineer

Luke Zwilling is a Senior Engineer at Agrible, focusing on data analysis, research and development, and product engineering. A lifelong farmer, Luke also brings hands-on experience to product development. He also is currently the Chair of the Champaign Farm Bureau’s Young Leader committee.

Katie Betz
Business Operations Manager

Katie Betz is the Business Operations Manager for Agrible where she leads the sales and marketing team. Katie also works closely with Crystal on financial items. She was born and raised on a farm in western Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University.

Bill Chapman
Principal Atmospheric Scientist

Bill Chapman is a Principal Atmospheric Scientist at Agrible. He provides logistical guidance and solutions to weather-sensitive institutions with a focus on risk and agriculture. At the University of Illinois, Chapman is a Senior Research Programmer in the Department of Atmospheric Sciences, and over the past 25 years, has emerged as an internationally recognized expert on polar meteorology and climate.

Eric Snodgrass
Principal Atmospheric Scientist

Eric Snodgrass is a Senior Atmospheric Scientist at Agrible and is also the Director of Undergraduate Studies for the Department of Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. At Agrible, he provides logistical guidance and weather forecast solutions for global agriculture. He also produces weather forecasts for our clients in weather sensitive industries, businesses and financial institutions.

Crystal Bailey
Chief Financial Officer

Crystal Bailey is the Chief Financial Officer for Agrible. She works closely with Katie to handle all financial matters and monitors company growth through financial models an operating plans. Crystal holds degrees from the University of Illinois in Accounting and Finance.

Ken Dallmier, Ph.D.
Enterprise Business Manager

Ken Dallmier is the Enterprise Business Manager for Agrible. He focuses on coordinating and establishing relationships with agricultural corporations. Ken received a Ph.D. in Plant Breeding from Iowa State.
